Job summary

Artemis Venue Services Ltd seeks an experienced and motivated Chef De Partie to join our professional kitchen team at a prestigious wedding venue. You will produce high-quality dishes in a busy, events-focused environment, with strong organisational skills and a passion for food.

You will ensure consistent standards, follow recipes and HACCP, maintain hygiene and safety, and work closely with senior chefs. Experience in high-volume catering and relevant cookery qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume or events catering is desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with recipes, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, Health and safety and cleanliness.
• Follow HACCP procedures, Allergen controls and Kitchen safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and checking the quality of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment at all times.
