Job summary

WSH Restaurants is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on food preparation, stock rotation, and ensuring high standards of health and safety.

The successful candidate will have proven CDP experience, a passion for food and customer service, and the ability to work well in a team. Training and development opportunities are provided, with a salary of £30,000 per annum plus tronc and 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CDP.
• Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
• Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team, We are looking for a chefwho has, ideally worked and trained in high standard restaurants this is not essential as we will provide full training and development for you when here.

Salary: £30,000pa plus Tronc Hours per week: 45

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
• Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
