Job summary

Balfour Hospitality in Staplehurst is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in developing and running the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation of our food.

You will start to share knowledge with junior team members, bring a bit of fun to the pub, and help with invoicing of food we receive. Flexible hours and a wellbeing focused employer welcome you.

Job description

As Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef in the development and smooth running of the kitchen. You are very keen to ensure quality, consistency and presentation of our food. You are also someone who is starting to share their knowledge with more junior members of the team.
