We're looking for a passionate and highly motivated Chef de Partie/Grill Chef to join the team at The Waterway.

Chef de Partie responsibilities:

• Runs a specific section in the kitchen, reporting to the Sous Chef.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the section.
• Placing orders, receiving goods, and storing them safely.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
• Preparing meat and fish.
• Assisting with health and safety management.
• Assisting with food hygiene practices.
• Managing and training Commis & Demi chefs, serving as a role model.
• Monitoring portion sizes and waste control.
• Overseeing kitchen and food safety standards.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CDP or Junior Sous Chef. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

• Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour

• Schedule: 6-7 shifts including evenings and weekends
