Café - Chef de Partie - 3 Abbey Rd, London

We are excited to announce a new site at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our team at this iconic London location, which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years, hosting some of the world’s greatest artists, producers, composers, and musicians.

This role offers the opportunity to work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining area, serving as a hub for our team and the creative community.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring customer service is friendly and efficient, and that the staff restaurant meets the highest standards expected from Lexington, our clients, and customers.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef de Partie, you will support, organize, mentor, and train kitchen team members following company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food preparation and control meet requirements related to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents
• Assist the manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget
• Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, portion, and quality control
• Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment

• 5 days out of 7
