Job summary

Intercontinental London O2 is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will run a busy section, craft dishes to a very high standard and ensure presentation and quality meet exacting expectations in a five-star hotel environment.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the kitchen, be flexible in supporting different areas as needed, and help mentor junior chefs while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5-star hotel environment is advantageous.
• Ability to operate across different kitchen sections as needed.
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Running a busy section in the kitchen.
• Cook delicious dishes to a very high standard.
• Maintain presentation, taste, texture and overall quality.

Salary – £36,270 plus tronc
