Novotel London West is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen brigade, delivering high-quality dishes with attention to detail in a bustling 4-star hotel environment.

You will manage a section, maintain presentation and taste, and mentor junior chefs while collaborating with a professional team. A culinary degree is a plus and flexibility to cover other areas is valued.

• Running a busy section in the kitchen.

• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
• Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
