Job summary

Intercontinental London O2 on Greenwich Peninsula seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver memorable guest experiences across our award-winning outlets. Join a five-star hotel with 453 bedrooms, premium dining, and vibrant events.

• Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
• Raising bills and taking payment.
• Clearing and re-setting tables.
