Job summary

CM recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie to work aboard a luxury train, delivering high-quality dishes for guests and crew. You will collaborate with colleagues to design menus and supervise junior chefs in a dynamic, onboard environment.

This role involves a 40-hour week with a typical cycle of 3 nights away and 3 nights at home, sharing a twin cabin. Meals are provided onboard. Salary is stated as £31K plus tronc, with all accommodations and onboard facilities handled by the employer.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef De Partie experience.
• Experience within hotels / brasseries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
