Job summary

CM recruitment is seeking a Fine Dining Waiter to work onboard a luxury train. You will deliver exceptional service across food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction, starting ASAP on a fixed-term contract until 4th December. The role involves 40 hours per week, usually 3 nights away and 3 nights home, with meals provided onboard.

Accommodation is a shared twin cabin and overtime is paid at 1.5x. Prior experience in luxury hospitality and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury food and beverage service or luxury hospitality.
• Experience as a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service aboard the train.
• Prepare restaurant cars and related areas for smooth operations.
• Ensure wellbeing and safety of passengers in your car.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

• Stay informed about onboard menus and boutique items.
• Address passenger requests, including dietary needs.
• Conduct yourself courteously with guests and colleagues.

Job description

This is an exciting new opportunity to work onboard this luxury trainline as a Fine Dining Waiter. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptionally high standard of service across all aspects of food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.

Starting ASAP until the 4th Dec on a Fixed Term Contract Paying £2850K p/m + food and overtime.

Fine Dining Waiter, Responsibilities:

• As a Fine Dining Waiter provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare restaurant cars and related areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of passengers in your allocated car.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.
• Stay informed about onboard menus and boutique items.
• Address passenger requests, including dietary or special occasion needs.
• Conduct yourself professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.

Fine Dining Waiter, Skills Required:

• Experience within Luxury food and beverage service or Luxury hospitality.
• Experience as a Fine Dining Waiter /Waitress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Fine Dining Waiter, Additional Information:

• Starting ASAP on a Fixed Term Contract until 4th Dec
• Paying £2850 per month
• Working onboard the train, typical pattern is 3 nights away, 3 nights home.
