Cambscuisine is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team in Cambridge. You will help maintain outstanding homemade food using locally sourced, seasonal produce and manage a dedicated section of the kitchen to ensure quick, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Prepare and cook dishes in line with company specifications and service standards.
• Support stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimisation.
• Report any issues with stock, equipment, or service to senior chefs.
