Job summary

Search Consultancy is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a renowned boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue in the Kent/Sussex countryside. The role is in a busy, award-winning kitchen where teamwork and high hospitality standards are at the heart of every service.

You will need at least 1 year in a Chef de Partie role, ideally in fine dining or Rosette level, and a passion for quality food. Benefits include a competitive salary (£31,000–£33,000 per annum) plus Tronc, meals on duty,

Salary: GBP31000 - GBP33000 per annum + Plus Tronc

A fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded, award winning 2 Rosette location in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kent/Sussex countryside.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a vibrant, busy kitchen where great food, teamwork and outstanding hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a fantasticopportunity with an established boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue, renowned for its food, weddings and exceptional guest experience. With a beautiful rural setting and a genuinely lively atmosphere, no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 years Chef de Partie experience ideallywithin fine dining or at Rosette level
• Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen
• Passion for quality food and excellent standards
• A positive, energetic approach and willingness to learn
• Reliable, well-presented and a strong team player
• Comfortable working weekends and across a 5 day rota
