Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's best resorts near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience and be a role model within a brigade of 34 chefs.

Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will contribute to menus for a 3 Rosette restaurant, using locally sourced organic produce, including meats, fish and cheese from the surrounding

Qualifications

• Experience in similar 4- or 5-star establishments is preferred.
• 3 Rosette restaurant experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operation of your section in a busy kitchen.
• Collaborate with Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef on menu planning.
• Support delivery of exceptional dining experiences and uphold brand standards.
