Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a top resort near Enniskillen to recruit a Sous Chef. Based mainly in the golf clubhouse, you will help lead a brigade of 34 chefs and deliver exceptional dining using locally sourced produce.

The role requires strong culinary leadership, experience in 4/5-star establishments, and a proactive, people-focused approach. Competitive salary (£37,500–£38,500) with great benefits and opportunities to work across the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar 4 or 5 star establishments.
• Strong culinary background and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Manage day-to-day food operation and menu planning to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef to hit high attention to detail and cost controls.

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Sous Chef to join their team.

Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu’s for the restaurants using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.
