Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the UK is hiring for a Demi Chef in our Manchester team, focused on the cold section. You will prepare antipasti and salads, follow Big Mamma recipes and kitchen standards, and support the Chef de Partie and daily prep.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef in a busy cold section.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:

• Prepare and plate cold section dishes, including antipasti and salads

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and full compliance with health & safety standards


• Support the kitchen team during busy services with a positive, proactive attitude
