Job summary

Daniel Thwaites in Cirencester is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a section of our kitchen, producing high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients and a creative flair.

You will maintain hygiene, manage food orders, and support the brigade while pursuing nationally recognised qualifications through our academies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role producing high-quality food.
• Creative flair welcomed and encouraged.

• Manage a kitchen section and cook with fresh ingredients.
• Maintain highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep work areas and machinery clean and in good order.
• Control the ordering and storage of food supplies.
• Support other team members across the kitchen.

As Senior Chef De Partie, you will be a vital part of our high performing brigade and will be producing delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef. You'll become a member of our family who helps us create amazing experiences for our guests through delivering warm hospitality in every interaction.,

• As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will have previous experience in a similar role with the proven ability to produce high quality food, ideally using fresh produce. We do have some recipes that you will follow but a creative flair is always welcomed.
