Job summary

Thwaites is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in Cirencester. You will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality dishes daily and work under the guidance of our Head Chef to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role producing high quality food.
• Ability to work well in a team and a passion for great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Use your eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch.
• As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
• Maintain areas of work and machinery.
• Control the order and storage of food supplies.
• Support other team members across the kitchen.
• Team work.
