Job summary

Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a Chef de Partie in Brighton to take ownership of a kitchen section, cooking high-quality dishes and leading by example. You will work with senior chefs and mentor junior teammates while keeping your station organised and efficient.

The role runs Monday to Friday with day-time start times, offering food and drink allowance, pension, career development programmes, and healthcare benefits.

• 2+ years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes that look great, taste incredible, and deliver an unforgettable food experience. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, lead by example, and support the development of junior team members — all while keeping your section organised, clean, and efficient.
