Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel in the Camberley area. You will join a talented brigade, serving fresh locally sourced food under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.

You will report to the Head Chef and be supported by junior chefs in a 5* kitchen, working with fresh, local ingredients to prepare and plate meals for lunch and dinner services.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Experience with fresh food in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
