Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC operates The Pine Marten pubs, delivering premium food and guest experiences. This Chef de Partie role focuses on leading a section, training staff, and ensuring a cohesive kitchen team that delivers consistently high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or senior line cook.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety best practices.
• Ability to mentor and train kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards and mentor Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Run a section within the kitchen.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
