Job summary

The Seahorse, part of Mitchells & Butlers' Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor junior chefs, and ensure every dish is prepared to spec in a premium pub setting.

You will handle pre-service prep, maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a team that values progression, discounts, and employee support as part of a culture that welcomes you.
