Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Hand & Sceptre within Premium Country Pubs. You will lead a kitchen section, mentor chefs, and ensure brand standards are met during service.

You’ll join a supportive, growth‑minded team with opportunities for progression and access to staff benefits and training across the group.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
