Encore in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section within Premium Country Pubs, part of Mitchells & Butlers. You will mentor chefs, prepare station mise en place and ensure every dish meets brand standards with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff and uphold brand standards.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section and ensure cohesion of the kitchen team.
• Prepare mise en place and pre-service setups.
• Execute high-quality dishes to spec and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support service with timely cooking and plating.
