Job summary

Old Forge is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train team members, and ensure top quality dishes are produced to brand standards. You will be responsible for prep, cooking to spec, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety throughout service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to mentor and train kitchen team.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Knowledge of brand standards and menus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and prep before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in line with brand.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
• Mentor junior chefs and support staff to perform at their best.
