Job summary

The Pheasant Inn in Little Crosby is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to join our premium country pub team. You will lead a kitchen section, work closely with a small, dedicated brigade, and ensure dishes are prepared to our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Strong food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure high standards.
• Prepare all mise en place before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during shifts.
