Mitchells & Butler's Leisure Retail Limited is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship across our kitchens in the United Kingdom. You will work full-time in a busy kitchen, learning under passionate chefs while starting a nationally recognised qualification.

No previous experience is required; the programme provides comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided through the Apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep, and housekeeping tasks.
• Keep up to date with promotions and new products.
• Complete all required documentation and learning modules.
