Qualifications

• Training delivered through work-based learning with a mentor.
• Includes Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to brand standards.
• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep, and cleaning duties in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Participate in all training modules and learning activities.
• Adhere to licensing laws, policy requirements and safety standards.
