Berkeley Scott Recruitment Agency are recruiting experienced Education Chefs for schools and healthcare sites in Bolton, with Impact Food Group as client across Bolton and Greater Manchester. Roles involve preparing nutritious meals, menu planning, maintaining high kitchen hygiene, stock control, and supporting kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as senior Chef, preferably in a school or similar environment.
• Right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for these roles.
• Enhanced DBS with child workforce or willingness to obtain is essential.
• Strong, reliable communication skills are essential.
• A passion for providing healthy meals for children and young people.
• Minimum Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens, as well as additional compliance training, provided free of charge for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking nutritious, balanced meals for students and staff
• Planning menus in line with school guidelines and dietary requirements
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
