Job summary

Morrisons in Glasgow is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You’ll be visible on the shop floor, lead the checkout, customer service, kiosks and car parks, and respond quickly with headset-enabled support to keep queues moving.

You’ll coach a friendly team, build a culture of trust and recognition, ensure daily processes, cash handling and legal obligations are followed, and use store reports and dashboards to spot improvements and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a frontline service team and coaching colleagues.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build a friendly, high-performing team.
• Good understanding of front-end store operations, cash handling, and compliance.
• Ability to interpret store reports and dashboards to drive improvements.
