Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You’ll work on the shop floor, support colleagues across checkouts, kiosks and car parks, and lead a friendly team to deliver excellent service.

You’ll monitor store data, coach your team to improve performance, ensure safety and legal compliance, and help keep the checkout area tidy with efficient processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth customer experiences.
