Job summary

B&Q Weston Super Mare is recruiting a Customer Advisor for our checkouts. This part-time role is 15 hours per week across shifts Mon-Sun, 7:00am to 10:00pm, on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the friendly face at the till, helping customers, processing sales, and supporting click & collect while keeping displays looking great.

You’ll receive training across store areas and will be encouraged to learn new technology and ways of working. A team-focused approach and flexibility are key.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude with customers.
• Ability to work in a team and on a rota including weekends.
• Willing to learn new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkouts and across services.
• Drive sales and support click & collect.
• Set up displays and keep store neat and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem solving.
