Job summary

B&Q Penrith is looking for a friendly Customer Advisor for the checkouts area on a part-time basis. You’ll be the heart of the store, helping customers with purchases, handling tills, and guiding them to click & collect as needed.

Shifts run across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays; the role offers a supportive team and opportunities to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers and resolving queries is preferred.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Comfortable using new technology and cash-handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the checkouts and drive sales.
• Support click & collect and setup store displays.
• Maintain a tidy till area and provide great service.
