Job summary

B&Q Penrith is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor on a part-time basis, 15 hours per week. You’ll be the friendly face at the tills, helping customers with their home improvement purchases and ensuring great service.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 10.00pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.10. Training will be provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing; enjoy helping others.
• Willing to learn; comfortable with new technology.
• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer guidance and sales at tills.
• Assist with click & collect and setting up displays.
• Ensure the store looks neat and welcoming for customers.
