Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead and grow our Structural Engineering division within our Water offices. You will provide regional leadership, mentor staff, and deliver hands-on project delivery with a collaborative mindset.

Regular travel to meet the Structural Team in multiple locations is expected. You will be degree qualified in Structural/Civil Engineering, be Chartered (IStructE/ICE), and have experience managing and developing junior staff, overseeing budgets and

• Chartered status with a recognised institution (IStructE/ICE).
• Experience leading and mentoring a structural engineering team.
