Stantec is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead and grow our Structural Engineering division within our water sector. The role combines high-level technical leadership with strong team mentorship and the hands-on delivery of demanding projects across multiple offices.

You will oversee budgets and schedules for structural engineering work, maintain cutting-edge technical knowledge, and travel regularly to meet with teams in High Wycombe, London, Manchester and Bristol to drive

Qualificações

• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered membership with a relevant institution (IStructE/ICE).
• Experience leading structural engineering teams, preferably in water projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and line management for the Structural Group.
• Deliver technical leadership in structural design using modern techniques.
• Drive collaboration with international teams (e.g., Pune) for better integration.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards.
• Mentor and develop team members across the region.
