Job summary

Civic is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our growing team in the UK. You will lead teams of engineers and technicians, deliver civil design across residential, education, commercial and regeneration sectors, and work with clients and partners to create positive outcomes for communities.

As a Chartered Engineer, you will oversee multiple projects, support business growth, and contribute to strategic planning while maintaining high technical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status with ICE.
• Significant experience in civil engineering consultancy.
• Experience delivering infrastructure and built environment projects across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design delivery across a range of projects and sectors.
• Coordinate and review drawings, reports, calculations and presentations.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians within the team.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and the company QMS.
