The ideal candidate will bring extensive design and delivery experience, senior leadership capability, and a track record in business development within UK consultancies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer – essential.
• Associate, Associate Director or Director-level experience.
• Strong UK consultancy background.
• Extensive experience across civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of highways, drainage and infrastructure.
• Commercially aware with business development experience.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical leadership across highways, drainage and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage key client relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Support tenders, proposals and business development.
• Oversee project budgets, programmes and technical delivery.
• Attend client and project meetings.
• Identify opportunities to grow the team and project portfolio.
