Job summary

Civic seeks an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to lead teams delivering a diverse portfolio across the UK, including residential, commercial and regeneration projects. You will manage multiple projects, develop client relationships, and uphold technical excellence within a supportive, collaborative studio.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering is required and ICE Chartered Engineer status is essential.
Significant consultancy experience in infrastructure and built environment projects.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of civil engineering design across a range of projects and sectors.
Oversee programs, resources and project fees while maintaining schedule integrity.
Mentor and develop engineers and technicians on the team.
Support client relationships and business development activities.
