Job summary

JP Engineering is seeking an Associate / Director level Civil Engineer to lead major civil projects inYork or Leeds. This hybrid role offers senior influence, client exposure and the chance to grow the team on varied infrastructure schemes.

You will drive concept to delivery, mentor engineers, support tenders and manage budgets while maintaining excellent client relationships across a busy project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer with leadership experience.
• Experience at Associate/Director level in UK consultancy.
• Proven track record in highways, drainage and infrastructure design and delivery.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience in business development and fee proposals.
