Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our charity shop team in Cirencester. This permanent role involves Sundays with a flexible day during the week, supporting shop profitability and an excellent customer experience.

You will work with the shop manager to supervise volunteers, manage daily shop operations, and help create a welcoming, community-focused front window on the high street. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop environment and retail operations.
• Strong customer service ethos with ability to lead volunteers.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work with financial targets.
