Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Dunfermline is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our community-based retail team. The role involves 12 hours per week across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays, with duties ranging from till operation to merchandise display and donations handling.

As a keyholder when no manager is on duty, you will help run the store, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the shop floor with volunteers.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• 18+ years old to apply.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise and merchandise donated stock to maximise sales potential.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to maximise online sales.
• Act as Keyholder when managers are not on duty, ensuring the store runs smoothly.
