The British Heart Foundation is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Tamworth store. This part-time role covers 14 hours per week, requiring weekend and bank holiday flexibility to support a fast-paced, community-based retail team.

You will deliver friendly customer service, merchandise donated stock creatively, and assist the E-Commerce team to boost online sales. As a Keyholder, you may be relied on when a manager is not on duty, contributing to a smooth, customer-focused shopping experience.

Formación

• Previous retail experience isn't essential; passion, energy and customer service matter most.
• Comfortable working in a team and guiding volunteers on the shop floor.
• Able to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and promoting the charity's mission.
• Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential.
• Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to maximise online sales.
