British Heart Foundation is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time role in Bangor. You will deliver first-class customer service, assist with donations, and support stock merchandising in a busy, community-focused store. The position requires 18+ and regular Sunday work, with autonomy when the manager is not on duty.

The role offers a chance to contribute to the charity’s environmental and community impact, with a supportive team and opportunities to learn. Training is provided.

Formación

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable guiding volunteers and working in a team.
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers and promote the charity mission.
• Merchandise stock creatively to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with E‑Commerce to boost online sales.
• Act as a Keyholder and keep the store running when a manager isn’t on duty.
