What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and resellers, while building relationships with strategic accounts.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure dealers excel at selling and representing our innovative technology products.
  • Track dealer performance, implement data-driven insights, and ensure sales targets are met across diverse markets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers and key partners, fostering long-term and productive collaborations.
  • Develop sales forecasts, gather actionable insights, and refine growth strategies based on performance metrics.
About You:

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven background in technology, channel sales, facility management, or B2B sales in sectors like coffee solutions or FM services:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or managing dealer networks in DACH, bonus for selling to Switzerland and Austria.
  • Experience selling to facility managers, corporate offices, or businesses that require sustainable solutions.
  • Skilled at identifying and capturing new business opportunities, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with industries like office coffee solutions, vending services, or facility management products is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot to track performance and inform decision-making.
