Job Description
In this role, you will need to:
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet or exceed monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Build confidence & trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
- Build a learning culture and get involved hands-on in deal progression and review.
- Collaborate with other sales managers, cross-functional partners, directors & executives to aid business growth.
- Supervise & conduct training on skills improvement, inbound and outbound sales, multi-product platform sales, product & marketing topics.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills & ability to teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
- Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Inbound Growth Specialists.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
- Understand your country market(s), specifically DACH & CEE, and build and execute growth plans.
- Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits.
- Apply leadership training styles in interactions with direct reports.
Role Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Experience leading/managing a sales team is a plus.
- Experience leading a consultative sales process, with effective territory management.
- Superior coaching skills to observe, evaluate, and improve results.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives.
- Good prospecting skills aligned with HubSpot sales methodology.
- Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps to drive team growth.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results through collaboration.
- Strong motivation skills, high self-awareness, and good interpersonal & EQ skills.
- Personal responsibility to meet monthly goals with a positive attitude.
