Job summary

A leading automotive company based in Gaydon is seeking a Change & Communications Analyst on an Inside IR35 contract. You will support the integration of four CEX teams by delivering engaging communications and managing change activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, strong writing skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Skills in SharePoint and MS Teams are beneficial. The role offers an attractive pay rate of £34.56 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes.
• Able to distil complex information into engaging, succinct and user-friendly information.
• Confident in stakeholder engagement and facilitating feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support to develop and deliver internal communications that support the CEX Unity programme.
• Coordinate and deliver engagement activities like workshops and town halls.
• Track and respond to employee sentiment.
