About the role

As a Change Analyst, you will support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across complex operational and regulatory environments. Working alongside project teams, business stakeholders and operational SMEs, you will help ensure that changes are clearly understood, well communicated and effectively transitioned into the business. This role is suited to someone who enjoys bringing clarity to change, shaping structured materials, engaging with stakeholders and supporting teams through readiness and implementation.

  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, ensuring groups are identified, informed and supported throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Contribute to impact assessments, readiness checklists and transition plans, helping ensure that operational teams are prepared for go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and the development of BAU documentation, working with SMEs to validate content and process updates.
  • Reinforce governance processes and provide structured updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks and outstanding actions.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting change activity within technical, operational or regulated environments, ideally within energy, utilities or critical national infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to structured documentation, training content and readiness activities.
  • Understanding of process change, user adoption and business readiness, combined with strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience supporting training coordination, end-user communications or transition management is highly beneficial.
