Altrad Adoption Training & Communication Coordinator based in Middlesbrough will design and deliver engaging training materials, create clear communications on digital changes, and support users through new systems and processes to drive lasting business change.

The role involves coordinating plans across Digital Delivery, Operational Delivery, Insights, Marketing Communications and Learning & Development, with travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex information for operational audiences.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Experience supporting digital or business change programmes.
• A collaborative approach with a passion for helping people embrace change.
• Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops and learning materials.
• Create clear communications that explain digital changes and their business benefits.
• Support users through the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Work closely with Digital Delivery, Operational Delivery, Insights, Marketing Communications and Learning & Development teams.
• Develop user guides, job aids, videos and learning pathways.
• Coordinate training and communication plans to support project delivery.
• Prepare teams for go-live through readiness sessions and engagement activities.
• Deliver refresher training and measure adoption success.
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
