Aspire People has partnered with a specialist SEN school in Coalville to recruit a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant. You will join a team dedicated to helping pupils manage behaviour, stay engaged with learning and build positive relationships in a supportive setting.
The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support, assisting pupils with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs, and developing coping strategies and emotional regulation within a safe, calm classroom environment.

Location: Coalville
Pay: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 5 days a week
Start Date: ASAP / dependent on availability
Aspire People have partnered with a specialist SEN school in Coalville who are looking for an experienced and resilient Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and additional needs, and who is confident providing consistent support in a specialist setting.
You will work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils manage their behaviour, engage with learning and develop positive relationships.
Previous experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour is essential.
Experience within SEN, SEMH, Alternative Provision, schools, youth work or similar settings would be highly beneficial.
