Aspire People Limited is recruiting an experienced Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant for a Leicester setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils with additional needs and SEMH challenges while assisting teachers and contributing to a calm, structured classroom environment.
The role requires resilience, patience, and a commitment to working five days a week in an Alternative Provision.
Location: Leicester
Pay: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 5 days a week

Aspire People have partnered with an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester who are looking for an experienced and resilient Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with children and young people who may have additional needs, challenging behaviour, SEMH needs or barriers to mainstream education.
You will play an important role in helping pupils re-engage with education, develop their confidence and make positive progress.
As an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant, you will:
The successful candidate must have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN, SEMH, behaviour, alternative provision or similar setting.
